An evening party with standard next-morning pickup has no after-hours fee. Fees apply only when you or your venue require evening pickup—not if our route runs late. Required anchoring cannot be declined.

Can the inflatables be used wet or dry?
Yes. Our inflatables can be used with or without water. Tell us your preference when you request availability.
Is setup and overnight use included?
Setup, overnight use and standard next-morning pickup are included. Delivery is free within 3 driving miles of 9902 Hood Road, Jacksonville, then $3 per additional one-way mile. This single distance fee covers delivery and standard pickup. Beyond 25 miles requires a custom quote.
Can you set up on grass or concrete?
Grass setup is included. Concrete or asphalt setup is $40 per inflatable for transporting, placing and removing required anchoring weights. Larger units may require a higher quoted fee. Anchoring must follow the manufacturer’s requirements and cannot be declined to avoid the fee.
How do I reserve my date?
Send your event details first. We’ll confirm availability and explain the payment needed to secure the reservation. Final payment is due seven days before the event.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle and Cash App.
